ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description
  • Responsible for handling accounts payable and providing overall clerical, administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
  • Manage clerical support (petty cash, request for payment, payroll, expense report, facilitate bank transactions, handles check releasing and filing)
  • Process and file legal documents and company permits
  • Process and file Billing Collections from clients
  • Monitor payables and submit schedule due for payments
  • Maintain filing systems
Job Qualifications
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and document management is an advantage.
