Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the integrity of the company’s ledger. This role balances technical precision with a keen eye for detail, handling everything from daily reconciliations to assisting with month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are investigated promptly.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure vendors are paid within agreed terms.
- Compliance & Tax: Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.) and ensure all financial activities comply with local regulations and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Audit Support: Provide documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors during year-end reviews.
- Budgeting: Monitor departmental expenditures against budgets and report on significant variances.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all financial data is entered accurately into the ERP or accounting software.
