Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Paylalo, a payroll and timekeeping application designed to streamline employee compensation, attendance, and HR processes. This role focuses on B2B sales, targeting companies that need efficient payroll and workforce management solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, corporations, HR departments)
• Generate leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals

• Conduct product demos and presentations of Paylalo
• Explain features such as payroll automation, timekeeping, overtime, and benefits tracking
• Customize solutions based on client needs

• Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers
• Handle inquiries, proposals, and negotiations
• Provide after-sales support and onboarding coordination

• Understand competitor payroll systems and fintech trends
• Provide feedback to improve product positioning

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• At least 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in:
• Fintech
• SaaS / Software
• Payroll / HR systems
• Strong presentation and demo skills
• Experience in B2B selling is highly preferred
• Tech-savvy and can easily understand software products
• Results-driven with strong closing ability

• Experience selling HRIS, payroll systems, or accounting software
• Has existing network of HR managers / business owners
• Comfortable explaining technical features in simple terms
