Responsible for supporting end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management. Assists in timekeeping, payroll coordination, and administration of government-mandated benefits.
Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, supports training and performance management, and helps maintain accurate HR documentation while addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements

Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring process
Prepare job offers and employment contracts
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires

Assist in handling disciplinary cases and due process
Maintain a positive working environment
Implement company policies and code of discipline
- Timekeeping and Payroll Support
Validate leave applications and overtime
Coordinate payroll concerns with Accounting
- Compensation and Benefits
Handle enrollment, updates, and claims
Assist employees with benefits-related concerns
- Records Management
Ensure confidentiality of HR records
Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Training and Development
Monitor employee performance evaluations
Support employee development initiatives
- Compliance
Prepare documents for DOLE and other regulatory requirements
Qualifications: Graduate of four-year related course (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Administration, etc.)
Good written and oral communication skills both in English and FilipinoWilling to work on-site at Timog, Quezon City
