Job Description
As an Automated QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead testing efforts, develop and maintain automated test scripts, and work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.Your goal will be to deliver high-quality software that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Strategy: Design and implement automated testing strategies aligned with project objectives and release cycles.
- Automation Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Framework Ownership: Build and optimize a scalable automation framework to support ongoing projects.
- Testing Execution: Perform both automated and manual testing as needed to ensure full coverage and quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA team, and product managers to identify issues early and ensure timely resolution.
- Reporting: Document test results, create detailed reports, and track quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Automation Tester (Non-negotiable).
- Proven expertise in automation tools and technologies, including:
o Selenium
o Python
o Playwright
o Microsoft Azure(Combined experience of at least 3 years is required – Non-negotiable)
- Minimum of experience in API Testing Tools (Postman, Rest Assured) (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Scrum. (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. (Non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. (Non-negotiable)
- Knowledge/Experience in CI/CD Pipelines and Test Automation Integration. (Non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of both automated and manual testing methodologies. (Non-negotiable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
