Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying and qualifying potential clients through various outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities- l Conduct B2B lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- l Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups with prospects
- l Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in Excel and CRM systems
- l Utilize tools such as Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to research and qualify leads
- l Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads
- l Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign performance
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal (a top priority)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation and using Google tools for research
- Strong background in cold outreach and email marketing
- Prior experience working in Australian accounts or pioneer teams is a plus
- Familiarity with logistics or software sales is highly advantageous
