Global Back Office Solutions is our offshore outsourcing company based in Eastwood, Quezon City we work closely with our Australian based parent company that provides Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Planning, Lending & Legal services.

Position summary:

Global Back Office Solutions Pty Ltd Accounting division is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of Australian accounting including GST, BAS, IAS and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance.

Job responsibilities:

• Data entry including bank reconciliation
• Prepare for lodgement Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statement (IAS)
• Accounts Receivable/Payable Reports including invoice management and payment tracking
• Assist with payroll processing and superannuation
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records
• Organize filing systems for invoices, receipts and other documents using online platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field
• Excellent English Communication both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to work on Australian shift.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-year experience in Australian Bookkeeping and admin support
• Must be Proficient in Xero
• Advance skills in MS office 365 especially Excel
• Strong understanding of Australian taxation including GST, BAS and IAS
• Certified Bookkeeper preferred but not required
