Quezon City - Bookkeeper
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to help manage and maintain our financial records. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting processes, reconciling transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting our leadership team in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Record and categorize transactions in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage vendor payments.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper classification of expenses.
- Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support tax preparation and assist with financial audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and increase efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential when maintaining financial records and reconciling transactions.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and financial data without errors.
- Analytical Thinking: A knack for reviewing financial statements and identifying discrepancies or areas for optimization.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, employees, and leadership regarding financial matters.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies and implement practical solutions.
- Basic Understanding of Tax Compliance: Familiarity with bookkeeping practices related to tax preparation and compliance.

- Minimum of three (3) years of bookkeeping experience.
- Preferably with knowledge and experience on real estate and/or property management.
- Proficient in QuickBooks online
