• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Intra-Company transferee or project coordinator to manage technical coordination and project activities with our Japanese partner, JP. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth collaboration effective communication, implement the seamless solution with the client and successful delivery through strong negotiation, technical expertise, and team leadership

• Lead negotiations with JP on project scope, deliverables, timelines, and related activities through face-to-face discussions. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and advanced Japanese language proficiency.
• Review and validate the technical inputs and outputs of TNSP, ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards. Strong embedded programming experience is essential for this function.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and professional reports on project outputs to TNJP management. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day activities of ICTA team members assigned to TNJP projects. Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills are necessary to ensure efficient execution and optimal team performance.
• May be assigned in Japan as Intra-Company Transferee for a period of 1 to 3 years or more depending on business requirements.

• Project coordination or technical liaison roles, preferably in an international or cross-cultural environment.
• Advanced Japanese language skills business level proficiency in speaking reading and writing dash essential for face-to-face negotiations.
• Technical background in embedded development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
• Knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with Japanese companies or in a Japan related project.
• Familiarity with DENSO project environments is an advantage.
