About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc.'. In this full-time role based in San Fernando Pampanga, you will be responsible for managing the operations and performance of our key client contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned client contracts, ensuring KPIs and service level agreements are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness of contract operations
- Liaise with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for service expansion or enhancement
- Lead a team of operational leaders and staff, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, escalate concerns and share best practices
- Prepare detailed performance reports and make recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and safety standards
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar contract management or operations leadership role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry in a Supply Chain or warehousing work set-up
- 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role. Experience in managing teams and overseeing warehouse or distribution center operations is highly valued.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-volume client contracts and delivering exceptional results
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often required.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced in using data analytics tools
