Salary Range: 2000 – 3500 USD/month (Based on Experience)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CT)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused eCommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our Shopify storefront. This is not a strategy-only role; you will be the primary driver of site updates, A/B test implementation, and merchandising.You will bridge the gap between marketing ideas and a live, high-performing onsite experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Shopify merchandising, including PDP updates, collection sorting, and seasonal homepage refreshes.
- Build, launch, and QA A/B tests and landing pages using page builders and Shopify themes.
- Own the daily/weekly funnel reporting, tracking key metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue attribution to provide leadership with a clear view of performance.
- Identify and resolve bugs, broken links, and rendering issues across mobile and desktop devices.
- Coordinate end-to-end site execution for product drops, ensuring all bundles and offers go live accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce (Direct-to-Consumer required).
- Advanced proficiency in Shopify (Themes, Collections, Apps)
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 and Shopify analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing software and a meticulous QA mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (Score of 80/100 or higher).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic understanding of Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with retention tools like Klaviyo.
- Interest or background in the music festival or live events industry.
