Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Promote current sales, promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets established by management.
Process customer purchases, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies.
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently when assigned.
Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and organized according to merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged merchandise.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, display shelves, stockroom, and fitting rooms (if applicable).
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Store Supervisor or Manager.
Assist in receiving, checking, labeling, pricing, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
Safeguard company assets and comply with loss prevention and security procedures.
