About the role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Metro Manila. As a full time Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
  • at least high school graduate can apply
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • must be amenable to start ASAP and work onsite in a night shift schedule.
  • No prior customer service experience is required, making this position suitable for entry level candidates
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills
  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
