About the role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Metro Manila. As a full time Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- at least high school graduate can apply
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
- must be amenable to start ASAP and work onsite in a night shift schedule.
- No prior customer service experience is required, making this position suitable for entry level candidates
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
