Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (GRC & Threat Exposure Platforms)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operations of enterprise cybersecurity platforms in a 24/7 operational environment. The role focuses on monitoring security platforms, handling operational tickets, reviewing alerts, and supporting service delivery activities across cybersecurity tools.

This role is ideal for professionals with early experience in security operations, IT infrastructure support, or cybersecurity platform monitoring who want to deepen their exposure to enterprise cybersecurity technologies.

• Monitor cybersecurity platform dashboards and review alerts to identify potential issues or threats.
• Log, track, and manage service tickets following established operational procedures.
• Provide operational support for cybersecurity platforms including handling service requests and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate security alerts, platform issues, or incidents to the appropriate technical or security teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of ticket handling procedures, platform responses, and operational workflows.
• Assist in preparing operational and service delivery reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
• Ensure accurate tracking of incidents, requests, and operational activities within the ticketing system.
• Support continuous monitoring activities as part of a 24/7 cybersecurity operations environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, IT infrastructure support, system administration, or network administration.
• Experience supporting security platforms, monitoring tools, or infrastructure systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
• Experience working with ticketing systems or service management tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts to support 24/7 cybersecurity operations.
• Amendable to work 100% Onsite in Ortigas
