Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to join our growing Telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field agents, ensuring the achievement of weekly headcount targets (1–2 new agents per week), and driving performance through effective field leadership.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee recruitment, training, and productivity of your agents while supporting the company's growth in designated areas. This role is field-based, and leadership-by-example is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of field agents.
• Ensure the team consistently achieves weekly headcount targets.
• Monitor and support daily field activities and sales operations.
• Train and coach agents to improve performance and conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a strong team culture that promotes motivation and accountability.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments for agent deployment and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a telecommunications, ISP, or direct sales environment is preferred.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• High school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Willing to work and travel within assigned field areas.
• Preferably residing in: Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Makati, Pateros, Pasay, or Taguig.
• Must be organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Can start immediately.
