We are looking for a results-driven Call Center Team Leader with a strong background in sales campaigns to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving performance, has hands-on experience in sales-focused environments, and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of call center agents to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor daily team performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Oversee the launch and execution of new sales campaigns, ensuring seamless rollout and agent readiness
• Analyze sales reports and campaign results to identify opportunities and address challenges
• Handle escalations and resolve complex customer or sales issues efficiently
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill agents and reinforce best practices
• Foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a call center, with a strong focus on sales campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve sales goals
• Experience in launching and managing sales campaigns is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
