FL/Cashier - Island Mall

Qualifications:

• College level/Senior High
• With excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
• Driven, motivated and fast learner
• Can work with less supervision
• Willing to work in shift

Job Description:

1. Showing courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
2. Handling customer inquiries including phone inquiries and directing them to appropriate party
3. Receiving and processing all payments according to standard procedures
4. Examining products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customer
5. Handling cash, credit or debit transactions between customer and retail store
6. Answering routine billing questions/issues from customers
7. Assisting in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits
8. Training and supervising new cashiers
9. Assisting in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
10. Submitting Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required
11. Communicating with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns
12. Assuming the responsibilities of the OIC in case of OIC’s absence
13. Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
14. Having a Telco experience is an advantage
