Job Description

• Reports to work on time and follows assigned schedule.
• Maintains proper appearance, hygiene, uniform, discipline, and conduct.
• Follows company rules, regulations, and HSES policies; reports hazards and unsafe acts.
• Understands station targets and contributes to team goals.
• Operates POS and handles transactions accurately, following all payment procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service (greeting, suggestive selling, billing, payment handling, and thanking customers).
• Follows strict cash handling procedures, including change fund, safe drops, and securing all payments.
• Ensures accurate cash transactions and reports discrepancies or unclaimed change.
• Stays alert to fraud, theft, pricing errors, and security risks.
• Helps prevent inventory loss by controlling access to cashier area and ensuring only authorized personnel use POS/EDC machines.

• Preferably College Level/Senior High Graduate
• Can work with less supervision
• Trainable and can work under pressure
• Selling skills is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, overtime, Sundays and Holidays
