Job Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of digital clients and act as their day-to-day contact.
- Plan, build, and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance, recommend and implement ongoing improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Provide campaign reports and proactively communicate results.
- Attend client meetings or calls.
- Coordinate with our internal team for tracking, creative delivery, or technical support.
- Escalate issues or strategic challenges to the Digital Manager
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in paid digital
- High proficiency with a range of digital platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and DV360.
- Comfortable managing client communication and presenting campaign results.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Bonus points for experience with:
- Conversion Tracking, advance Google Analytics, and GTM
- Experience in Programmatic platforms (e.g. TTD or DV360)
- Other paid social platforms (e.g. Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
