Our respected client is seeking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, promote the company's products and services, and support business growth.
The position will be working in Meycauayan Bulacan, Philippines, under a full-time onsite work schedule.
Job Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, supporting sales growth, and strengthening the company's market position through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities across various platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Manage the company's branding, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to support sales targets and business development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, and online advertising.
- Develop marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and advertising agencies.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance results to management.
- Supervise and guide marketing staff to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand standards and policies.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
