About the role
Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in our Mandaluyong City office. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture, managing employee relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and providing strategic HR solutions
- Administering employee benefits, compensation, and payroll programs
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and job satisfaction
- Monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Actively contributing to the company's HR strategy and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR best practices and driving continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR regulations, and compliance requirements
