HR Manager (Organizational Development)
About the role
As the HR Manager (Organizational Development) at Concerted Management Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives related to organizational development and human capital management. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will be integral in shaping the growth and evolution of the company's workforce.
What you'll be doing- Designing and implementing comprehensive organizational development programs to enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall productivity
- Conducting thorough needs analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training and development initiatives
- Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with the company's overall objectives
- Spearheading the implementation of effective talent management and succession planning processes
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and cohesive work culture that aligns with the company's core values
- Providing expert guidance and support to managers on a wide range of HR-related matters
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and drive organizational effectiveness
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar organizational development or HR generalist role, preferably within the human resources & recruitment industry
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful organizational development initiatives that have led to tangible improvements in employee engagement, productivity, and business performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making
- Thorough understanding of best practices in talent management, workforce planning, and change management
- Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
