Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency
- - Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams
- - Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
- - Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
- - Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
- - Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams
- - Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness
