As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel and cruise industry.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company and contribute to the success of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking and reservation changes, cancellations, and general information
- Troubleshoot customer issues and concerns, and provide effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate team members
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
- Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team and the organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Atleast 3mos. Experience in the travel and cruise industry or a customer service role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
