About the role

Join our growing team of Travel & Cruise Customer Service Representatives at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel and cruise industry.

What you'll be doing
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Assist customers with booking and reservation changes, cancellations, and general information
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and concerns, and provide effective resolutions
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate team members
  6. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
  7. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team and the organisation
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. Atleast 3mos. Experience in the travel and cruise industry or a customer service role is preferred
  5. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
