About the role

Akari Lightning and Technology Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused CSR/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is well-organized and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with various office tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk receptionist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and software applications
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • With background in online e-commerce platforms such as but not limited to: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Shopify
