The Front Desk Receptionist/ Associate serves as the first point of contact and represents the spa with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. This role ensures a smooth client experience through effective communication, accurate booking management, and responsible front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients professionally in person, via phone, or text.
  • Handle client check-in/check-out, appointment inquiries, confirmations, and rebooking.
  • Manage bookings, therapist assignments, add-ons, promos, and system updates.
  • Process payments (cash, QR Ph, credit card, and other approved methods) and issue correct change.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, manage change fund, and submit end-of-day reports.
  • Verify and monitor use of OTHs, Gift Certificates, and Sage slips.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Submit daily reports and escalate issues or concerns to the Lead Receptionist.
  • Participate in trainings, briefings, and team initiatives.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
