Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist (Male/Female) to manage and grow our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and interacting with online communities to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and original content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Execute social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance based on analytics.
  • Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for content collaboration and brand advocacy.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media performance and growth metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and trends.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Video editing and basic graphic design skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social content.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (if applicable to the target market).
