Manages and supervises a large/medium/small branch.
- Manages executes and monitors unit’s resources and activities to ensure proper alignment with the Branch Banking Management’s service strategies particularly on the in-house sales, service and profitability to maximize deposit and investment relationships with existing clients. Said strategies should always be in compliance with bank policies and procedures and requirements of regulatory bodies.
- Plans, organizes, supervises and directs the work of various positions within the unit by allocating duties and providing guidance to the unit’s team members to ensure work objectives are met timely, effectively and efficiently.
- Supports the Branch Banking Management in areas of branch profitability, service efficiency and operational excellence while maintaining teamwork and high staff morale.
- Ensures maximize profitability by providing cost efficient, effective, customer focused and well controlled operations and service to both internal and external customers.
- Manages and trains the unit’s key human resources to keep the quality of production high and error-free at the same time provides guidance to the unit by suggesting solutions to Branch Banking Operations Head on how to address issues on risk management and compliance.
- Ensures all practices within Branch Operations comply with risk and compliance procedures and processes.
- Directs and controls daily operations in the Branch, ensuring that the Branch is run effectively and efficiently in the spirit of quality service and risk management.
- Reviews and analyzes the reports from unit’s personnel.
- Gears the unit towards achieving all SLA targets.
- Manages all possible threats and challenges through effective line balancing and instituting a robust back-up system within each team.
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least two years work experience as Service Manager/Service Head.
