About the Role

The role combines hands-on accounting, financial reporting, and compliance work with analytical responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA qualification is an advantage but not required).
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance within a corporate or shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Knowledge of audit preparation and financial statement accuracy review.
• Experience assisting in policy updates and audit coordination.
• Experience with Xero accounting software preferred.
• Advanced Excel or Power BI skills are an advantage but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work onsite either in our Cebu or Davao Sites (IT Park, Cebu/ Robinsons Cybergate Delta, Davao)

• Analyse financial data to identify performance trends, variances, and key metrics that impact business outcomes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to support invoicing accuracy, revenue recognition, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Utilise Xero accounting software for transaction processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform variance analysis, cost review, and other financial analyses as required by the Financial Controller.
• Review, implement, and update accounting policies and internal controls in coordination with the Financial Controller.
• Perform other finance-related tasks aligned with the role’s scope and capacity.
