Liaise With Other Managers to Formulate Objectives and Understand Requirements
Organize Workflow to Meet Specifications and Deadlines
Monitor Production to Resolve Issues
Supervise and Evaluate Performance of Production Personnel (Quality Inspectors, Workers Etc.)
Approve Maintenance Work, Purchasing of Equipment Etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma or University/college Degree in Management a Plus
Able to Speak Fluently in Mandarin/fukien
Self-motivated With a Results-driven Approach
Excellent Organizational and Leaderships Skills
Deep Knowledge of Production Management
Attention to Detail
