The Business Analyst is a high-impact position accountable for orchestrating the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This hybrid role integrates Project and Delivery Management, Business Analysis, and Scrum Mastery to ensure technical solutions are delivered with precision and aligned with organizational objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a hybrid Project Management and Business Analysis role within an IT or software development environment.
- Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum teams, managing and grooming delivery backlogs, and leading sprint planning and release management cycles.
- Requirements Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Value Stream Mapping, Data Modeling, and UI Specification development.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Professional experience or solid foundational knowledge in AWS is required; Azure or GCP knowledge is a plus.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of REST APIs, system integration patterns, and data storage structures.
