Achieve Brand Targets: Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth and PC3 across all channels.
  • Channel Growth: Lead expansion across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and future offline retail channels.
  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Own and optimize key customer acquisition channels, especially Meta paid ads, while incorporating other digital marketing tactics including paid and organic social, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and on-platform tools like Shopee PPC.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Build on existing marketing playbooks and explore new digital tools and strategies to improve brand performance.
  • Team Leadership & Execution: Guide and inspire cross-functional teams spanning brand management, channel management, performance marketing, content marketing, and creative production. Maintain a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Brand Story & Communication: Develop an in-depth understanding of the brand story, products, ingredients, and value proposition to craft effective customer communications.
  • Storefront Management: Oversee e-commerce storefronts to ensure they are engaging, informative, and optimized for high conversion rates.
  • Content & Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance the impact of paid advertisements and organic social content.
  • Product Development: Support new product development initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Reporting & Planning: Manage detailed reporting, analytics, and strategic planning on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
