Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support our brand development and marketing efforts. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and execute successful marketing strategies in both online and in-store environments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of brand strategies aligned with company goals. Focus on enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement within the food retail sector.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this data to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions across various platforms, including in-store, online stores (e.g., Grab Food, Food Panda), and partner merchants (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shops).
  • Content Creation: Help develop compelling brand messaging and content for various marketing channels such as social media, website, packaging, and print materials.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics and assess campaign effectiveness. Provide data-driven recommendations to adjust marketing strategies and enhance results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams like Operations, Creatives, R&D, Commissary, Catering & Events to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Consistency: Assist in maintaining brand guidelines to ensure visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging are consistent across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Partnership Development: Support efforts to build relationships with influencers, suppliers, and other potential partners to amplify brand presence.
  • Budget Management: Aid in managing marketing budgets for brand initiatives and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and new marketing strategies to identify innovative opportunities for brand growth.

Qualifications:

  • Special Qualifications: Passion for food, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn. Collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with major social media platforms and trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google applications. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
