Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, business operations, or related operational roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, telecommunications, or technology companies
  • Strong understanding of commercial workflow systems, forecasting processes, pipeline management, operational reporting, and process governance
  • Experience supporting complex or long-cycle enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing operational workflows and KPI reporting
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Sales Process and Pipeline Operations
  • Support the management of the global sales pipeline across GPUaaS and AI infrastructure opportunities
  • Maintain opportunity qualification frameworks, deal stage progression, and forecasting processes
  • Coordinate opportunity reviews, pipeline reporting, commercial tracking, and deployment planning activities
  • Align Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance throughout deal progression and deployment planning
  • Forecasting and Reporting
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards, KPI tracking, and forecasting models
  • Track operational and commercial metrics, including pipeline progression, conversion rates, deployment milestones, infrastructure utilization, capacity forecasting, partnership expansion, and commercial performance
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting processes
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and operational visibility across the business
Commercial Operations and Workflow Coordination
  • Support quote, proposal, order, and contracting workflows across commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, deployment readiness, and commercial execution activities
  • Maintain consistency across pipeline tracking, reporting environments, commercial workflows, and cross-functional coordination
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the commercial organization
Commercial Systems and Workflow Operations
  • Manage commercial workflows across Google Workspace-based operational systems, pipeline tracking tools, reporting environments, and automation platforms
  • Maintain data quality, reporting consistency, and operational visibility across sales and commercial processes
  • Develop and optimize operational tools, reporting, automation, workflow management, and process documentation
  • Support the continuous improvement of scalable commercial operating processes across pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, deployment coordination, and operational reporting
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support commercial execution
  • Align sales forecasting with deployment planning and operational readiness
  • Participate in operational reviews, commercial planning discussions, and KPI reporting
  • Ensure operational transparency and effective communication across internal teams
Market and Operational Analysis
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, deployment progress, and operational KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and commercial scalability
  • Develop operational reports and executive-level business insights
Team and Process Development
  • Establish scalable sales operations processes as the company grows
  • Support onboarding, training, and operational enablement across the sales organization
  • Foster collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams
