Inventory Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team.

As an Inventory Clerk, you will help with important tasks like monitoring inventory movement, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with the Procurement and Operations Teams. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply!

Qualifications:

• High school Graduate/College-level education (no degree required)
• Basic computer skills (especially in Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Ability to stay calm and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Previous inventory or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
• Can immediately start

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update inventory and stock records;
• Check and organize incoming deliveries and warehouse stocks;
• Prepare and release materials for delivery based on approved Materials Request Forms (MRFs);
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and Purchaser regarding stock availability and deliveries;
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements and related records
• Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the procurement team.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
