Receiving & Shipping: Unpack, verify, and record incoming shipments; prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
Stock Management: Stock shelves, pick orders, and rotate inventory to ensure proper placement and availability.
Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure system data matches physical stock.
Record Keeping: Accurately input data, update inventory software, and maintain organized records.
Reporting: Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies for management.
Organization: Keep storage areas, stockrooms, and docks clean, safe, and orderly.
Coordination: Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to fulfill needs and resolve issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
Essential Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED.
Proficiency with computers and inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand/bend for extended periods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
