Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to HR teams on various tasks and projects.
- Assist in basic data analysis and reporting.
- Participate in HR training and development activities.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks.
- Offer administrative assistance in HR documentation and record management.
- Help maintain HR records.
- Support HR reporting and data management.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven interest in HR data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in basic HR tools and systems
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
- Detail-oriented and attentive to data quality
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Additional coursework or relevant certifications are a plus
