Test Manager with expertise in Wealth Management mobile applications?
We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive quality assurance initiatives, lead testing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality mobile solutions across Android and iOS platforms. Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience testing Wealth Management mobile applications on Android and iOS
- Hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, or similar automation tools
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and Rest Assured
- Experience with performance testing and security testing for mobile applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills Key
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the testing team to ensure business requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate closely with customers, business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for projects and BAU initiatives.
- Oversee test execution, defect management, test data preparation, and reporting.
- Drive automation testing initiatives and support the development of appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze QA metrics, including defect trends, defect leakage, and test coverage, to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, governance requirements, and CAB processes.
- Act as a technical lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for testing activities across projects and operational initiatives.
- Manage onshore and offshore testing resources, ensuring timely delivery and effective workload planning.
