QA Test Manager

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals
- Develop testing strategies, test plans, and testing schedules
- Manage defect tracking and coordinate issue resolution with development teams
- Oversee testing activities across multiple projects
- Analyze test results and drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver quality software
- Minimum of eleven (11) years with Software Quality Assurance.
- At least five (5) years of experience as Test Manager
- Test Management experience
- Strong background in Manual Testing
- Test Planning and Test Strategy
- Defect Management using JIRA
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
- Hybrid
