We are a growing B2B water treatment company specializing in engineering-focused solutions, including preventative maintenance, electromechanical works, and various water treatment services. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Staff for Business Support & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job Overview
This is a versatile, multi-functional role suited for someone who enjoys handling a mix of operations, business support, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in office administration, client coordination, scheduling, and other essential support functions.We are open to tailoring the role based on the candidate's strengths and experience.
Key Responsibilities (May Vary Based on Skills & Fit)- General office administration, documentation, and records management
- Coordinating service schedules, project updates, and client communications
- Supporting sales & telesales efforts, including client follow-ups and lead tracking
- Assisting in procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking
- Managing data entry, reports, and CRM updates (HubSpot and Google Sheets)
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring smooth communication flow
- Supporting marketing and digital tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business administration, operations management, communications, or related fields (preferred but not required)
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years in office administration, operations, sales support, or customer service (fresh graduates with the right skills are welcome)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools (is a plus)
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
