JOB DETAILS
The HSET Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Health, Safety, Environment and Training (HSET) construction delivery team.
The role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining systems, contractor compliance records, documentation and reporting to support the effective delivery of HSET management across QA Build Construction Projects.
Working closely with the HSET team, the HSET Project Coordinator ensures records and documentation are accurate, current and readily accessible, while providing timely administrative support to facilitate day-to-day construction operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administration support to HSET team including booking and management of training, injury management for QA build staff, document control, development of evacuation diagrams, raising of PO’s for purchasing, etc
- Primary Plexa management and training for QA Build staff including contractor onboarding, user account management, worker induction approvals, document uploads, system housekeeping, reporting and user technical issue management.
- Provide HSET with reporting of outstanding observations, monthly reports, outstanding incident items and other as requested.
- Understanding of Residential and Commercial Construction
- Administrative Experience
- Health & Safety / Training experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with CRM / databases or WHS systems
