About the role
VERSA GROUP PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' is seeking a skilled Machine Service Technician to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for a variety of industrial machines and equipment.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's production facilities.
What you'll be doing- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on a range of industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with clients to understand their service needs and provide expert technical advice
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with the wider team to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
- Proven experience as a Machine Service Technician or similar role within the Trades & Services industry
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Machine Service Technician or similar role
- Excellent technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery
- Experience with Metal Detector, check weigher and automated production lines is a plus points.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and provide technical guidance
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work on-site at client locations as required
- Technical/Vocational certification or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
