Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting Colour and Mono Multifunction and laser printers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Friendly.
Electrical/electronics certificate or equivalent.

Job Description:
As a Level 2 Service Desk Technician, you will provide remote Level 1 and 2 support to Service Agents across Australia and New Zealand. This role requires troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within the client’s print environment, to identify and address root cause issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote Level 1 and 2 support for Service Agents in AU and NZ.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, multifunction devices.
Support Service Agents with escalated incidents and provide guidance for faster resolution.
Log, track, and close service tickets in accordance with agreed SLA timelines.
Liaise with internal teams and escalate to Level 3 support or vendors when required.
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and known issues.
