We are looking for Sales Customer Representative / Inside Sales Representative.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform high volume phone outreach to actively promote and sell company membership plan to customers.
  • Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a "yes, I can" mentality to help the caller.
  • Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills
  • Assisting customers in scheduling service, promoting preventative maintenance programs, and answering any questions about our services.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. Utilizing basic software without errors.
  • Assisting the Service Manager with customer service needs and requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 yrs BPO/CSR experience
  • At least 2 years of Sales Representative Experience / CSR Sales / Inside Sales
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Positive Personality!
