Role: Administrative responsibilities will include:
- Creation of Folder for Vendor Accreditation
- Creation of Folder for Producer Documentation
- Creation of Folder for Deck/BD Materials
- Tracking of Active Accounts and Big NB Proposal Tracking
o Monitoring active accounts and tracking major new business proposals.
Will include orientation onboarding- Organizing and conducting orientation sessions for brokers’ clients.
- Preparing orientation materials and welcome kits.
- Orientation (f2f and online)
- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions and tracking completion.
- Gathering feedback to improve orientation delivery.
- Providing regular reports to the A&H Manager.
- Graduate of business management or related course
- Strong communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Experience in public speaking
