AU Bookkeeper and Loan Administrator (On-site)

This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with loan administration support, making it ideal for someone who is experienced in accounting processes and enjoys working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Bookkeeping- Manage daily bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks/Xero and other accounting software
- Process Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledger entries
- Assist with BAS and GST record preparation, management reports, and financial summaries
- Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up payments, and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with mortgage and business loan application processing from submission to settlement
- Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and maintain loan files and update client records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with brokers, borrowers, accountants, solicitors, valuers, and lenders throughout the loan process
T-rack loan milestones, monitor outstanding conditions, and support settlement and post-settlement administration
Qualifications:
✔️ Bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks or Xero
✔️ Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
✔️ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
✔️ Experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, or the Australian finance industry
✔️ Knowledge of Australian accounting and bookkeeping practices
✔️ Experience using CRM systems
