JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER
Location: Philippines (Onsite)
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is suited for someone who has already gained practical experience in Australian accounting or bookkeeping firms and is confident in handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Assist with payroll processing in line with Australian requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate workpapers for review.
Support in the preparation of BAS/IAS under the guidance of senior bookkeepers or accountants.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure client deadlines are met.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience in an Australian accounting/bookkeeping firm (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding of Australian bookkeeping standards and compliance requirements.
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes.
