Key Responsibilities ?- Accounts Receivable:
- Collect SaaS payments from clients, keeping AR below 5% of ARR.
- - Monitor and maintain the Rillet AR Aging Report, ensuring 61+ days is close to 0.
- - - Invoicing:
- Issue monthly and annual invoices to clients
- - Send initial contracts to new clients
- - Manage and distribute contract renewals
- - - Dispute Management:
- Resolve disputes and collect money from clients when necessary.
- - Key actions include:
- Setting up Stripe notifications for dispute alerts.
- - Identifying specific clients and sales tied to disputes.
- - Recovering funds from client balances and communicating outcomes effectively.
- - Managing email correspondence with clients using a structured approach.
- - - - Buyouts
- Monitoring and establishing buyouts for our clients.
- - - Financial Reporting
- Assisting with tax related tasks during tax season.
- - Weekly and daily reporting and monitoring of companies spending per department
- - - Bookkeeper
- Reconciliation of transactions
- - Closing books by end of each month
- - Qualifications and Skills ?
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a Finance role.
- Skills:
- Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- - TechSavvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Stripe, and Rillet tools.
- - Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- - Problem Solving: Ability to resolve disputes and handle accounts receivables and payables efficiently.
- - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
- - Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial processes and recordkeeping.
- - Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Work Arrangement and Other Details ?
- Schedule:
- Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippine Time.
- - Making client calls for receivables for 510 minutes during US nighttime working hours (East coast clients)
- - - Equipment: Access to a personal laptop, microphone, and a highspeed internet connection.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $700month.
- - Independent Contractor: You are registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor and you will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.
- - Monthly dinners in AlabangBGC area.
- - Unlimited audiobooks via our team subscription to Libro.
- - Other benefits below are not included. As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for the benefits below.
- Interview Process ?
- Screening Call (30 minutes): A remote call with Jonelyn, our Recruiting Lead.
- - Interview (30 minutes): A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Recruiting and Operations.
- - Homework Assignment (1hour prep): Instructions for the task will be sent after the introductory call.
- - OnSite Interview and Culture Call (30 minutes): An inperson interview with Amanda focusing on your ability to learn quickly and company culture.
- - Reference & Documentation Check: Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
