Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support resort operations behind the scenes. This role is key to keeping things running smoothly—whether it's coordinating suppliers, managing schedules, or communicating clearly across departments.

If you're proactive, efficient, and a great communicator, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for multiple departments
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and internal staff clearly and promptly
  • Prepare and maintain records, spreadsheets, and reports (inventory, HR, purchases, etc.)
  • Assist in scheduling, document filing, and organizing meetings
  • Follow up on punch lists, task updates, and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Maintain systems and procedures that improve efficiency
  • Update leadership with regular, concise reports

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office coordinator role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Cebuano)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations is a big plus
