The main responsibilities of a OFFERSHEET ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT include:
- Responsible for creating forms and offers with accuracy in Excel.
- Above Average Proficiency in Excel and knowledgeable in VLookup and Pivot Tables.
- Very organized in Managing Records with 100% accuracy
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Required to be proficient in MS Office, with expert-level skills in MS Excel—especially in data analysis and complex functions
- Basic calculation and math skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information - Honest and trustworthy
